Welcome to the exhibition-fair as the participant or visitor!

T E R M S & C O N D I T I O N S
Participant is obliged to:

submit the Application-Agreement and effect the due payment no later than 5 days after submitting the Application-Agreement but no later than 10 days prior to opening of the exhibition;

negotiate with TIBC "Technopark, Inc." the time of mounting and assembly of the exhibits 24 hours before the official opening time;

submit on registration the original copy of the Application-Agreement with a blue seal of the company in case a preliminary application was faxed or e-mailed;

submit a copy of the payment order ensuring the right to get a free catalogue and related exhibition materials;

submit 2 copies of the report on the works performed sealed by the company;

not to use soiling or self-sticking materials in mounting the exhibits;

return the rented devices and equipment in operating condition or reimburse the damage caused (in the amount appearing in the estimation statement);

dismount the exhibits only on agreement with TIBC "Technopark, Inc.";

follow the fire and labor safety regulation, and bear personal responsibility for any related breaches.

TIBC "Technopark, Inc." is obliged to provide the participants with:

stand space and a wide range of services in accordance with the Application-Agreement

should an exhibitor refuse to participate in the exhibition 15 days prior the opening day he will get 100% refund against a written refusal;
no refund is due if refusal to participate is filed less than 15 days prior to the exhibition.

discounts on the areas:

To winners of competition "the Siberian Athenes " at a rate of 10 %;

* To "Participant" at payment of the application:

- For 100 days - 30 %;

- For 60 days - 20 %;

- For 30 days - 10 %;

* To expositions of regional administrations;

To HIGH SCHOOLS and scientific research institute of Russia at payment of the application:

- For 100 days - 40 %;

- For 60 days - 30 %;

- For 30 days - 20 %.

INFORMATION TO BE PUBLISHED IN EXHIBITION CATALOGUE (lines of activities and operations, business proposals, etc.):

CATALOGUE shall be compiled from the application forms filed and participation paid 10 days prior to the exhibition opening. Non-exhibiting participants are liable to place their advertisements in the catalogue. Please, send your files in the graphic format (*.jif, *jpg, *cdr).

The exhibition fee to the amount of ___________________________________________________________________________ $

shall be paid in accordance with Terms & Conditions of participation.
The payment shall include:

VAT, preliminary advertising and commercial information, accrediting of the participant, issue of catalogue, depreciation on equipment, cleaning and security services beyond the opening hours.

The Application-Agreement shall be submitted in two copies sealed with a blue company stamp.
